Maja is the visionary behind Clutch Softball Academy. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she has dedicated her career to developing young talent and fostering a love of sports. Her extensive background in competitive sports, strength and conditioning and sports performance training combined with a passion for coaching, has equipped her with the tools to inspire players at all levels. Maja believes in building strong fundamentals while also instilling confidence and teamwork in every athlete. Her commitment to excellence and athlete development makes her an invaluable asset to our academy.

Brennan has been an athlete her entire life and knows firsthand the grit, discipline, and heart it takes to succeed — As a former athlete herself, she’s no stranger to competition or the mental toughness it takes to thrive in a sport you love. Her passion lies in helping young girls grow into strong, confident athletes through positive coaching, consistent challenge, and a whole lot of encouragement. Brennan wholeheartedly believes that every girl deserves a space where she feels safe, supported, and inspired to be her best — not just for her team, but for herself.
